Workspaces over 100 active, non-suspended users can use the Free plan or contact support for custom setup. Assigned OpsLantern admins still need the relevant Google Workspace permissions for the operations they perform.

OpsLantern access depends on Google OAuth, Google Workspace permissions, tenant setup, and an active Free, paid, or support-managed entitlement. Billing and subscription management are handled through Stripe for public self-serve paid plans.
